This notice explains how we handle personal data on the almvale pre-launch website. It applies to the mailing list and contact form submissions. It will be updated before product accounts go live.
What we collect
When you join the launch mailing list, we store your work email and, if you provide them, your name, organization, and whether you are interested in a pilot. We also receive standard technical data from your browser (such as IP address and user agent) via hosting logs.
When you use the contact form (including private-preview requests), we store your name, work email, company, optional message, and the enquiry type. Contact submissions are kept separate from the mailing list and do not subscribe you to launch emails.
Why we use it
We use mailing-list information to email you about the almvale launch, and — if you opt in — to follow up about a possible pilot.
We use contact and private-preview submissions to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a founder-led private preview discussion. Hosting logs help us operate and secure the site.
Legal basis & retention
We process mailing-list data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time via the contact form. We keep list entries until you ask us to remove them, or until we decide not to launch and delete the list.
We process contact-form data based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or on your consent where applicable. We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up.
Where data is stored
almvale is designed for European data residency. Pre-launch website data is stored in infrastructure we operate for this marketing site. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights for data collected on this website, use the contact form.
